A cult director, his work is reminiscent in tone and style to that of Guillermo del Toro. At one point, scheduled to shoot the Doom (based on the video game) movie with Arnold Schwarzenegger, but it fell through. His films have a kind of comic edge to them that is very similar to the early films of Peter Jackson. Unlike Jackson or Del Toro, though, his work has not yet reached a large enough audience here in the US. Eduardo Iduñate was born in Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico. After graduating from law school and falling in love with acting during theatre workshops in college, he moved to Mexico City to pursue acting professionally. There, he studied and worked with the finest actors and directors like Patricia Reyes Spíndola and Arturo Ripstein. He has appeared in more than 10 Mexican soap operas with international audience acclaim. He has also worked in many TV commercials for worldwide renowned product brands. Being fluent in English has also helped Eduardo Idunate land roles on American productions filmed in Mexico like “Acapulco H.E.A.T.” (1998) and The Mask of Zorro (1998) with Antonio Banderas and Anthony Hopkins as well as the French production Mookie (1998) along side French soccer star Eric Cantona. Eduardo’s breakthrough performance on TV was playing the part of “Teto” for the soap opera “Te amaré en silencio” (2003), where he played the “comic relief”. Christopher M Ide was born in Torrance, California, and raised in a town in a part of Los Angeles called South Bay. As he was growing up in Hawthorne he was introduced to acting by the age of 10. He attended a acting school called Beverly Hills Studios where he learned about cold reading and commercial acting. During his time there he found a love for cameras and directing so that became his passion. He went to high school at West Torrance High and graduated in 2004. After high school he chose to get out of Los Angeles and went to school in Iowa where he was able to learn how to run a radio station, and use editing software such as Avid, and, of course, learn how to Direct better. In July of 2007, Christopher came back home to Hawthorne, California, where he got on his first film called Jelly and worked as a set Production Assistant. From there he worked on small independent films and got a Television job working on the set of America’s Psychic Challenge, and Shoot To Kill Pilot. From those films he was then asked to help out as an Audience Production Assistant on the set of the hit show the Bachelor and Bachelorette. After working on set, Christopher then got a job as an Office Production assistant where he worked on more films and got to see how Post Production is done. To this day Christopher is still active in the film business and is writing his own scripts.

Dolores Ibarruri, La Pasionaria, was the leader of the Communist party in Spain during the Spanish Civil War. Growing up in poverty in Gallarta, she joined the Communist party in 1920. She started using the pseudonym La Pasionaria, which means the passion flower, in 1918. She was a member of the Spanish delegation of the Communist International which met in the Soviet Union in 1933. During the Spanish Civil War, she became famous for saying, “The fascists shall not pass! No Pasaran”. Another famous saying of hers was, “It is better to die on your feet than to live on your knees.”At the end of the Spanish Civil War, she fled to the USSR. She became Secretary General of the Communist Party in 1944. Sheltered by the Soviets, she remained in Moscow until the death of Franco. She would spent much of her time traveling to Cuba, to China, Italy, Switzerland and Yugoslavia organizing Communist movements. In 1964, she was awarded the Lenin Peace Prize and the following year the Order of Lenin. After the death of Franco, she returned to Spain and became a member of Spanish Parliament. At the time, she was hailed as the greatest of the war’s heroes. She died in 1989, the year the Berlin Wall fell, at the age of 94 in her native city.In her long lifetime, she knew Ernest Hemingway, Alvah Bessie, Joseph Stalin, Fidel Castro, and George Seldes. She is the subject of many novels and poems.

John Iacono was born November 12, 1941. He was born and raised on the Lower Eastside of New York by his father Joseph Iacono of Italian descent and a New York City police officer and his mother Helen, of Irish descent. He has two living siblings, Robert and Joseph Jr. and one sister Marie, who is deceased.John’s adolescent school years were spent at Lady Of Sorrows, PS 110, Corlears Junior High and Seward Park High School.At the age of 13, he joined The Henry Street Settlement where he started his photo career. In 1957, The Henry Street Settlement was asked to put up a photo exhibit at The New York Coliseum Photo Show. That same evening, his mentor, Nelley Pisschowitz was invited to go on a tour of the Life Magazine Photo Lab, where John met George Karis and Bill Summit. John, a very shy young boy, bravely approached the two men and asked for a job at the magazine. They said to come back after high school. Gaetano Iacono (b. 1967) was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. His parents Giovanni and Salvatrice come from Vittoria, Italy located on the island of Sicily. He has worked most of his life as a stone mason with his family business. He started acting in the year 2000. Presently resides in the Huguenot area of Staten Island, NY and is involved with his community by volunteering for several different community services such as coaching youth soccer and being involved with his local film community on Staten Island.
