Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Graduated from LaSalle Military Aacademy. Realized he had a flair for acting when called to play a part for a independent film, this allowed him to become a SAG member. Studied at HB Studios. After doing his first independent film, he received a call from HBO studios to play a part in the long running #1 series OZ. Frank always seemed to be chosen for bad guy roles. Frank feels that any role is a learning and growing experience. Frank is married to his wonderful wife Liz, they have 5 children, Frank is forever grateful for all the support and encouragement from his family. Frank’s adage is you have to have complete passion in what ever you do in life and acting is his passion.
